Under the law, as a consumer, you are granted a 14-day withdrawal period for distance and off-premises contracts, starting from the day the product is received. If the product has been used beyond basic examination, we’ll need to assess its condition to decide if you qualify for a full or partial refund. The amount refunded will depend on the product type and the degree of its use. For example, items meant for personal hygiene or those that come in sealed packaging may only be eligible for a full refund if the seal remains intact or the packaging unopened. Please be prepared to provide order specifics when contacting customer support. It’s important to note that some products may not be returnable due to regulatory restrictions.

A delivery confirmation, serving as proof of purchase, will be issued upon buying the product from our site. The cost of returning the item falls on you, and it’s your responsibility to ensure the product reaches us safely. To initiate a return, please use the return form included with your original shipment.

Should you decide to withdraw from the purchase, a refund will be processed promptly—no later than 14 days after we receive notification of your decision to return the product, contingent on our receipt of the returned item or evidence of its return. Refunds are issued within 7 banking days directly to the payment card used for the purchase.
